WE DO A DEEP DIVE TO UNDERSTAND IF THE CANDIDATES WILL FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS AND WE HAVE AN IN-DEPTH SCREENING PROCESS TO GET THE BEST TALENT AVAILABLE TO SUIT THE BUSINESS DEMANDS.
SUB- CONTRACTING MODEL
Under this model we hire candidates in TMPG’s payrolls. Candidates will work in projects defined by the companies requesting for services. On a periodic basis TMPG will raise invoices and will be paid for services performed.

PLACEMENT MODEL
Under this model, we get requirements from a company, we find a suitable candidate and get all screening and interview process initiated. Once all the discussions are finalized and both parties have come to an agreement, candidates will then be placed and TMPG will charge a once off placement fee for the services provided.
